Q: Is the minimum quantity order for 10 individual stickers or 10 sheets of address labels?

A: The minimum quantity mentioned as 10 (for small) /4 (for large) is the number of individual address stickers provided in one sheet. One sheet will either have ten large or four small stickers depending on your selection.

Q: Is the price mentioned on the page for one sheet of postage stickers or just one mailing label?

A: The price mentioned is for one whole sheet of mailing labels.

Q: Can I customise the shape of the office labels as well?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide custom shapes for the labels. The standard shape for the office labels is rectangular with rounded edges.

Q: What are the dimensions of the small and large mailing labels?

A: Here are the exact dimensions for both small and large size:

Small:

Document trim size is: 3.43" x 1.93"

Full bleed size is: 3.54" x 2.05"

Large:

Document trim size is: 4.00" x 3.00"

Full bleed size is: 4.20" x 3.20

Q: Can I use my own design?

A: Yes. After you select the size and quantity, click on “Start designing” and you’ll be able to upload or create your shipping label design.

Q: Can I see how the design will look before completing the order?

A: Yes, we offer a PDF proof feature that lets you see how your personalized mailing label will look when it’s printed. This lets you check for any errors before you complete your order. On the design page click the “Proof” button on the top menu.

Q: What do I do if there is a typo or a design error in my custom mailing label?

A: You can contact our customer care via phone or email if the product delivered is not as per your requirement, and they should be able to assist you.
