To design your coasters, first select the order quantity. Next, click on the “START DESIGNING” tab. Here you can either upload your artwork or choose from hundreds of pre-designed templates. Add your business name, logo or text on our user-friendly design page to finish customising. Then, click on the “PREVIEW” tab to see your final product. If satisfied with the final design, go ahead and place the order.

Q. Do the promotional coasters come in different shapes and sizes?

A. As of now, we only provide square shaped custom coasters. Their size dimensions are standardised to 102 x 102 mm side and 3 mm thickness. We may be able to provide more information of the size and shapes in future.

Q. Is the ink used to print the custom soft coasters long-lasting?

A. The ink used for printing is made to last long. The coasters are durable, as well as recyclable.

Q. What material are the coasters made from?

A. The custom drink coasters are made from a blend of neoprene and polyester fabric. The material has great water resistance and hence, will not be damaged easily by beverage spills.

Q: Can I get a different design on all 4 coasters?

A: Sorry, all four coasters will have the same design.

Q: Can I see how the design will look before completing the order?

A: Yes, we offer a PDF proof feature that lets you see how your personalized picture coasters will look when it’s printed. This lets you check for any errors before you complete your order. On the design page click the “Proof” button on the top menu.

Q: Do you charge for PDF proof?

A: No, we offer it absolutely free. The PDF proof lets you see how your personalized coaster will look when it’s printed. You can check for any errors before completing your order.

Q: What do I do if there is a typo or a design error in my custom photo coasters?

A: If your order isn’t exactly the way you created it, we will be more than glad to replace it. Just contact our customer care via phone or email and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can you print on the back of the custom printed coaster?

A: Not right now but stay tuned!

Q: Can I get just one coaster printed before I order for larger quantities?

A: No. We can’t print a single custom coaster, but you can order our minimum quantity of 4 to try them out.

Q: Are your coasters waterproof?

A: Yes, these soft coasters are waterproof.
